Jeffrey was born March 8, 1967 in Tazewell, VA a son of the late Tommy and Leah Hicks Hagerman. Jeffrey was the owner/operator of J & J Clearing.
In addition to his parents Jeffrey was preceded in death by two brothers, Stephen and Jonathan Hagerman, and a brother-in-law, Charlie Gross.
Survivors include his wife, Taynia Hess Hagerman of Mt. Lookout, WV; four children, Jeffrey (Ashley) Hagerman of North Tazewell, VA, Betty Nikki Hagerman (Charles Little) of Bradshaw, WV; John Paul (Jami) Hagerman of Paynesville, WV and Saylor Hagerman of the home; one step daughter, Kenna Dobson of Mt. Lookout, WV; seven grandchildren, Destiny Payne, Little John Hagerman, Cheyenna Payne, Caleb Hagerman, Jaylin Hagerman, Jolie Hagerman and Summer Hagerman; siblings, Allen Hagerman and wife Mary, Sherry Hagerman and husband Leon, Michael Hagerman and wife Stephanie, Carolyn Davidson and husband Mitch, Anthony Hagerman and wife Tiffany, Aaron Hagerman and wife Shannon, Tommi Jo Pruitt and husband Dickie, Deleah Stanley and husband Anthony, and Ann Marshall and husband Ron; a sister-in-law Nancy Hagerman; numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family at the Little Flock Old Regular Baptist Church on Rock Ridge near Paynesville, WV Friday evening November 8, 2024 after 6 p.m. and all day Saturday, November 9, 2024. Evening services will be held each evening at 7 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, November 10, 2024 at 11 o'clock with Reverend Harvey Payne, Elder Allen Hagerman and Elder Michael Hagerman officiating at the Little Flock Church on Rock Ridge near Paynesville, WV. Burial will follow in the Hageman Cemetery on Rock Ridge. Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.
Fanning Funeral Home in Iaeger is assisting the family.
