Jeff is survived by his sons, Warren Katz (Callie), Michael Katz and Marty Katz. His brother Elliott Katz (Nancy) and sister Linda Vanderwell (Dave) and two granddaughters, Maliyah and Elayna,
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Jewish Family Services or cancer research.
