Jeffrey Matthew Leiferman

Jeffrey Matthew Leiferman, aged 69, of Thornton, CO, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Born on July 7, 1955 in Wells, MN. Jeff was the beloved son of Aloysius and Dorothy Leiferman.
Jeff worked as an accountant and retired from Land O Lakes after nearly 40 years of service. He dedicated his life to his family and was known for his love of Minnesota and Colorado sports teams. His humor and charm touched the lives of many.
He is survived by his children Matt, Anna (Dane Mariotti), Josh, and Natalie (Arslan Khan), grandchildren Eli & Emery (Mariotti) and sisters Nancy and Lori and countless friends who became family.
Jeff enjoyed spending time with his family and could be found on the sidelines of every gymnastics meet, soccer, basketball, baseball, softball and rugby practice, game or event of his children and grandchildren. Jeff was a quiet man with a beguiling smile who was known to get a bit rowdy after a few drinks.
Due to family being spread apart in Colorado and Minnesota there will not be a memorial service. Instead, his children will spread his ashes at his favorite hiking trail in Boulder, CO. If you wish to send Jeff off please say a prayer that the Vikings will actually have a winning season this year.
His legacy will live on through the lives he touched and the memories we hold near. He will be dearly missed but will forever remain in our hearts.
