Born December 8, 1961, in Indianapolis, IN he was the son of William and Anita (Lynn) Plummer
Jeff worked for Sheet Metal Workers Local 20 (Indianapolis) as a Fabricator for 20 plus years before taking an early retirement. Jeff's welding skills were phenomenal. He was a very detail orientated individual, who could build anything. Jeff loved spending time with his beloved dog Buster. He also loved hunting.
Surviving relatives include his son Cody Plummer of Avon; one daughter Cayla Plummer of Camby; Brother's Larry (Penny) both of Freedom, Mark (Beth) both of Bloomfield, Greg (Kim) both of Indianapolis. Martin of Anderson, Tim (Lisa) of Danville; Sister's Cathy Beswick of Indianapolis, Jennifer Fenney (Tom) of Avon; Two Grandchildren Quintin and Kierra both of Camby, IN; and many Nieces and Nephews
He was preceded in death by his parents; William Plummer November 8, 2014, Anita (Lynn) Plummer August 13, 2013; Siblings Daniel, Christopher, John David; Nephew's Joshua, Alan Michael; Nieces Danielle, Andrea and Taliah; Best friend/dog Buster.
A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday March 29, 2025, at The Fitness Farm 2525 w. 44th St. Indianapolis, In 46228
