Jeffrey Kyle Russell

Jeffrey Kyle Russell, 29, of N. Dinwiddie passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2023. Born July 18, 1993, he was the son of Lisa Maitland Bess and the late Jeffrey Neal Russell. He is now flying high with his Dad.
Kyle worked hard all his life with his dad at the family business. He loved country music hunting, trucks and being with his friends. He loved "riding the block" and going to the Waffle House in North Dinwiddie. Kyle will be deeply missed by all.
He is survived by his mother, Lisa Maitland Bess; sister, Amanda Bess; stepmother, Jennifer B. Andrews Russell; step siblings, Heather E. Thompson (Josh), Hunter E. Andrews; niece, Olivia E. Parker; aunt, Linda Hensley (Curtis); uncles, Van Russell, John T. Russell (Dagmar); and numerous cousins, other extended family members and many great friends.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Pine Grove Baptist Church, 22218 Dabney Mill Rd, Petersburg, VA 23803. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at church. The family requests that guests dress casually, bring memories and a covered dish to share. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity in Kyle's name. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Colonial Heights Chapel of E.
