It is with great sadness that the family of Jeffrey Dean Shepard announces his passing on March 22, 2026, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma at the age of 59. He was a resident of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Jeff was born on September 6, 1966 in Henryetta, Oklahoma to Clarence and June Marler. He grew up in Henryetta where he attended school. He enjoyed playing football and being a member of the wrestling team. Jeff graduated from Henryetta High School in May of 1984. He then attended OSU Technical School where he received a degree in Electrical Maintenance. After graduating, Jeff worked for a steel foundry in Bixby and then for Green Bay Packaging in Tulsa. In 2003 he was hired by BAMA Companies of Tulsa, where he exceled and spent the next 23 years until the time of his death.

In 2006, Jeff married Bernie, his love and partner in life. They had each other and their beloved dogs, and then on May 22, 2018, they adopted their daughter Julia who made their family complete. Jeff loved his family, his friends and his work. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, shooting his guns and barbequing for family and friends. He will be missed by many.

He was preceded in death by his brother David Shepard; and his sister Rhonda Shepard Morton.

He is survived by his wife Bernie, his daughter Julia, his mother June Minyard of Henryetta, his nephews Devin George of Henryetta and Nick George of Dewar, his best friend Michael Boyne of Inola, as well as extended family members and many loved ones.
