Jeffrey Michael Ziemer

Jeffrey Michael Ziemer, 57, of Wheaton, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, June 1, 2024. Jeff was born and raised in DeKalb, Illinois. He attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he received his bachelor of arts degree. Jeff ended up settling in Wheaton, Illinois sharing many memories with his two daughters and their mother, Charissa Ziemer. He worked in the printing industry for numerous years, with his most recent job at UPM Kymmene as a master scheduler. Jeff was an avid record collector, mustard enthusiast, skier, golfer, and lover of the arts. He greatly enjoyed serving on the board of directors for Strawdog Theatre Company in Chicago, where he got to give back to the theater community that he cared so passionately about. He is survived by his mother Maryann T. Ziemer; daughters Jacqueline Ziemer and Alexandra Teague (Joseph Teague); brother Greg Ziemer (Taylor Slevin); sister Andrea Probasco (Cory Probasco); nephew Hilliard Probasco; and granddaughter Grace Teague. Jeff was preceded in death by his father Edwin A. Ziemer and sister Erica Ziemer. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Oak Room at Cantigny Golf 27W270 Mack Road, Wheaton, IL 60189 on Sunday June 30th. The family will be receiving friends and loved ones from 10 am until 2 pm.
