Jennifer Lynn (Bradley)

With profound sadness we share the passing of our beloved, Jennifer Lynn Shaw (Bradley), age 38.

Jennifer's courageous battle with a rare form of cancer ended peacefully on Sunday, November 30,

2025. She was surrounded by family in the love of their home.

Born in Santa Rosa CA, Jenn has called Walnut Creek home since childhood. A graduate of

Northgate High and St. Mary's College, Jenn gracefully balanced her work as an Administrative

Supervisor for EBMUD with her true calling: motherhood. Confident, eager, with a zest for life, she

created a home overflowing with love, warmth and understanding-gifts that will endure forever.

"Crafts" were Jenn's art. Exceptionally gifted, she was always dreaming up new and exciting projects

to create together with her girlies. Every holiday, birthday, and school event became an opportunity

for her to make life more magical and memorable.

Jenn is survived by her loving husband, Jonathan, and her proudest and most beautiful

treasures-daughters Emerson (6) and twins Paige and Olivia (4). She is also survived by her

brother, Scott (Katie) Bradley, and her grandmother, Celia Bradley. Providing additional loving

support are her in-laws, Jon and Mary Jo Shaw, and sister-in-law Katie Shaw.

She gave of herself until the very end, because that is simply who she was. Jenn, we love you and

miss you so much, you set a standard and example for all of us to continue to live by. Heaven

receives the perfect angel now. Rest in peace.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Oakmont Memorial Park

and Mortuary, 2099 Reliez Valley Road, Lafayette, CA 94549.
