Jennifer Kaye Collins, 48, of Albany, GA, passed away at her home on October 30, 2025. Memorial services will be held Monday, November 3, 2025 at 5:30 pm at Mathews Funeral Home. Pastor Jean Watson, Ronnie Joe Shiver and Pastor Debbie Cone will officiate.
Jennifer was born in Albany, GA on March 11, 1977 to Kaye and Bobby Finger. While growing up in Albany, GA, Jennifer graduated from Westover High School in 1996, attended Darton College and was a member of Avalon Methodist Church. Her first jobs were at F&W Forestry Services and then at P&G, where she was an excellent forklift operator able to pick up a quarter with her forklift from the floor. Jennifer last employment was with ACC Distributors, a job she loved very much. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, horseback riding and camping. Jennifer will be truly missed by her family and friends.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her father, Robert H. “Bobby” Finger, Survivors include her husband, Ken Collins of Albany, GA, her sons, Robert Mackendree Collins of Goldsboro, NC and Maxwell Jordan Collins of Statesboro, GA, her mother, Kaye Blalock (Roger) Cook of Donalsonville, GA, her sister, Billie Jean Finger of Albany, GA and her mother-in-law, Sandi Lake of Sasser, GA.
The family will receive friends Monday from 4:30 pm until 5:30 pm at Mathews Funeral Home.
