Jennifer graduated from Pearl City High School in 1986. She enjoyed playing bingo, doing crossword puzzles, and helping at the Stephenson County Fair, where she was a Baked Goods Superintendent for many years. She always looked forward to spending time with her family and going to various family events. Jennifer was a long-time member at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Lena, IL.
Jennifer is survived by her two brothers- John Huneke and Jason (Kori) Huneke, both of Lena, IL; Niece and Nephews- Chase (Cassi) Huneke and daughter Willow, Jade (Mariah Katzenberger) Huneke, Reid (Jessica Kaiser) Huneke and their son who is on the way, and Sage (C.J. Wilson) Huneke.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff at Allure Nursing Home in Stockton, IL for the wonderful care they have given Jennifer throughout her stay there.
Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Lena, IL.
Visitation to be held from 10:00 am until the time of service.
Pastor Thomas Mosbo will be officiating the services.
Burial will take place at the Lena Burial Park in Lena, IL.
A memorial has been established in her memory.
