Jennifer “Jennie” Hylton, age 42; Beloved mother of Alexandra Hill; Loving daughter of Rob (Jennifer) Hylton and Cheri (Tom) Andersen; Dear sister of Derek (Nicole) Hylton; Cherished aunt of Chace, Brayden, and Dax. Beloved granddaughter to Bob and Carole Armstrong, the late Charles and Patsy Hylton and the late Tom and Mary Andersen. Dear niece of many aunts and uncles as well as a fond cousin to many. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, October 8th 2:00-7:00 pm at The Oaks Funeral Home, 1201 E Irving Park Road (at Prospect) Itasca. Family and friends will meet Monday, October 9th at 10:00 am for a Memorial Mass at Holy Ghost Church, 254 N Wood Dale Road, Wood Dale. Interment private. For funeral info 630-250-8588 or oaksfh.com.
