Jennifer is survived by her loving family: sister, Janiece Mills Weinberger and her husband, Paul; brothers, Daniel Mills (Karen), Loel Mills (Wynette), Joel Mills (Vickie), and Donald Mills; sister-in-law, Colleen Mills; nephew, Kyle W. Weinberger and his wife, Athena; niece, Jessica Weinberger; niece, Alyce Simpson and her husband, Thomas; and nephew, David Weiss. Also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her beloved husband of nine years, Timothy "Timmy" Edwin Billiot, Sr.; parents, James L. and Janet Ann Safley Mills; siblings, Deborah Seago, John Gunn, David Gunn, Richard Gunn, James Mills, Alan Mills, and Richard Mills.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Jennifer's Life in the chapel of LN Hughes Funeral Services, 21400 South I-12 Service Road, Ponchatoula, Louisiana, on Saturday, March 8, 2025. The visitation will begin at 1:00 pm followed by the service at 2:00 pm.
Donations may be made to Locks of Love or Dante's Hope Animal Rescue in memory of Jennifer.
