Jennifer Dean Tysinger Mitchell

 

Coats, NC: Mrs. Jennifer Dean Tysinger Mitchell, age 50, of Paul Clayton Circle passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at Transitions Lifecare in Raleigh with her family by her side. Funeral Services will be held-11:00 AM Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Rose and Graham Funeral Chapel in Coats. Officiating will be Rev. Paul Cecil. Burial will follow in Williams Family Cemetery in Coats.

Jennifer was born on July 20, 1973 in Wake County to Jewel Poole and Larry Claude Tysinger. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Claude and Rita Tysinger and her maternal grandparents, Waylon and Virginia Poole. She worked as a Production Manager for N.C. State University’s communication department for over 20 years and recently became Project Manager of Wake Tech’s facilities department. She was an avid sports fan, especially if she was watching her two sons play baseball but also pulled for N.C. State and the Atlanta Braves. She was a wonderful mother to her daughter and two sons and loved spending time with her family more than anything. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

Survivors include her husband, Doug Mitchell of Coats; daughter, Emma-Dare Kaitlyn Mitchell of Coats; sons, Bradford Claude Mitchell and Liam Patrick Mitchell, both of Coats; father and mother, Larry and Jewel Tysinger of Coats; brother, Jeremy Tysinger and wife, Shannon of Marshville; mother-in-law and step father-in-law, Marjorie and Douglas Connor of Mount Olive; brother-in-law, Joe Mitchell and wife, Carla of New Bern; three nieces; and two nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Coats.
