Obituary published on Legacy.com by Jowett Funeral Home and Cremation Service & Reception Center - Port Huron on Jan. 9, 2026.
Jennifer A. Moore, age 45, passed away January 7, 2026. She was born August 30, 1980, in Lapeer, Michigan.

Jennifer was a deeply loving and compassionate soul whose life was rooted in faith, family, and service to others. She loved God wholeheartedly and made it her mission to help others believe, learn, and grow in their faith. Jennifer found great purpose in encouraging people, teaching about God, and helping others feel seen, valued, and loved.

Her greatest pride and joy was her grandson, Jayden, whom she lived for and adored beyond measure. He brought her endless happiness and purpose, and her love for him was evident in everything she did. Jennifer was a devoted mother to her children, Damien and Ashley, and family meant

everything to her. She had a special love for others and would do anything for anyone, always putting others before herself.

Jennifer was known for her beautiful smile, kind heart, and generous spirit. She loved helping people and found joy in seeing others happy. She expressed her creativity through decorating and gardening, especially tending to her flowers, which reflected the beauty she brought into the lives

of those around her. Butterflies held a special place in her heart, symbolizing faith, hope, and transformation.

She deeply loved and missed her father and shared a close and loving bond with her mother. Jennifer also cherished her beloved cat, Grisly, who brought her comfort and companionship.

Jennifer's faith, love, and selflessness will live on through her children, her grandson, and all who were blessed to know her. She will be forever loved, deeply missed and remembered always.

She is survived by her husband, Israel Lamar Moore, son, Damien Sbresny, daughter, Ashley Moore, grandson, Jayden Sbresny, mother and step father, Laurie (Fuller) Cliff Carpenter, brother, Andrew (Heather) Sbresny, nieces, Georgia Sbresny and Hattie Sbresny, aunts and uncles: Nadine (Ron) Litner, Mitzy Brosowski, Renee Cournaya, Gary Sbresny, Gary Fuller, Larry Fuller, Steve Fuller, Chad (Dawn) Fuller, Dallas Fuller, and Jeffery (Jean Ann) Fuller.
