Jennifer "Ginger" Elise Moore, 73, of Sedalia, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia. She was born on June 29, 1952, in Sedalia, the daughter of William Noel and Junia Mae (Meyer) Noel, who preceded her in death.
On July 25, 1970, in Cole Camp, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Donald G. Moore, who survives of the home.
Ginger was a proud graduate of Cole Camp High School, Class of 1971. Above all else, she was a devoted wife, loving mother, and adoring grandmother who found her greatest purpose in caring for her family. She cherished being at home, raising her children, and later helping to care for her grandchildren. When her children and grandchildren were growing up, Ginger was their steady supporter, rarely missing a ballgame, school event, or activity when she could be there.
Ginger was also an avid crafter with a creative spirit and a special talent for making a home feel warm and welcoming. She took great pride in decorating for Christmas and the holidays, turning each season into something to be celebrated. Known for her sassy personality and the spark of attitude she carried everywhere she went, Ginger could make people laugh and feel at ease in her presence. Her home was open to her children's friends, many of whom lovingly considered her a second mother.
Ginger's truest joy came from her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and her love for them was evident in everything she did.
In addition to her husband, Don, Ginger is survived by three children, Sara Williams (Mike) of Florence, Missouri, Stephanie Green of Smithton, Missouri, and Jason Moore (Amanda) of Hughesville, Missouri; seven grandchildren, Jacob, Jordan, Mackenzie, Alex, Riley, Logan, and Colton; three great-grandchildren, Grayson, Wynnie, and Bailey; a brother, Steven Noel (Gail) of Cole Camp, Missouri; a sister, Shelley Craig (Tim) of Cole Camp, Missouri; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
In addition to her parents, Ginger was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Noel, and a sister, Debbie Carrico.
A Celebration of Life gathering with family and friends will be announced at a later date.
Honorary bearers will be Roger Green, Aaron Craig, Kaleb Craig, Zachary Craig, Noah Craig, Kimberly Wood, Josh Riley, Madison Brown, Marissa Stillfield, and Callie Craig.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
