Jerald Bruce Parsons

Jerald Bruce "Jerry" Parsons, 91, of Madison Heights, Michigan, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2025.

He was born in Mason, Michigan, to Gerald and Agnes Parsons, where he was the youngest of four children.

Jerry attended Michigan State University after high school, and his professional life was spent as an office worker, dedicating many years to his career. He made Madison Heights his home in 1971 and remained there until his passing in 2025.

Jerry had a lifelong passion for collecting. Whether it was Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars, coins, toys, or stamps, his love of collecting knew no bounds. He was a proud supporter of Junior Achievement, sharing his time and resources with the youth in his community.

Jerry is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and their children, all of whom will remember him fondly. He was preceded in death by his parents and his three siblings, Patricia Swanson, William "Bill" Parsons, and Joann Carey.

Jerry will be remembered for his warmth, generosity, and the unique way he brought joy to the world through his collections and support of the next generation.
