Jerelyn Kay Fulks

Jerelyn "Jeri" Kay Fulks, 72, of Yakima, Washington, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2025. She touched many lives and was surrounded by her family before she passed.
Jeri was born March 5, 1953, to Fred & Eva Mullins and was the youngest of three children. She grew up in Union Gap and was a part of a wonderful family. Her faith in Jesus was very important to her and one of her greatest joys in life.
On November 9, 1974, Jeri married Jim Fulks after he returned from the army. They were married 45 years.
Caring deeply for others, she often took meals or clothes to families in need. Everybody was a friend. Her love extended as a foster mom for many years and she and Jim cared for over 100 children. Serving at church, crafting, baking and cooking were all passions of Jeri's.
Family was everything to Jeri. She is survived by her 5 children: Chris Stewat of Vancouver, WA, Tom Stewart of Shelton, WA, Kim Pfau of Vancouver, WA, Jamie Badgley of Wapato, WA, Crystal Fulks of Wapato, WA, 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister Donna Nelson of Cataldo, ID, her sister-in-law Sharon Mullins of Port Orchard, WA and many friends. She is preceded in death by her brother Gary Mullins.
The family will hold a gathering in the spring for everyone to attend.
