Jeremiah Martins Mendes

Our precious baby boy, Jeremiah Martins Lane Mendes, aged 3 days, passed away at Banner Health Thunderbird in Glendale, Arizona, on March 19, 2026, after complications from birth due to a placental abruption. He passed peacefully in his mother's arms and was welcomed into the open arms of Jesus.

Jeremiah is the beloved son of Jessy Mendes and Sarah Lane-Mendes. He was more perfect and more beautiful than they could have ever imagined. Although his time with us was brief, we are so thankful for the chance to know Jeremiah and to love him. His precious eyes brought so much joy to his parents, and his family cherished every moment with him.

Jeremiah will forever remain in his parents' hearts. He was loved by all who met him and will always be deeply loved. May God bless his soul.

Family and friends are warmly invited to gather in remembrance of Jeremiah's life on Friday, April 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM MST at Paradise Memorial Gardens, 9300 E Shea Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.

This service will be a time to honor his memory, reflect on the love he brought into the world, and offer support and comfort to one another. Guests are kindly encouraged to wear white in memory of the light Jeremiah brought into our lives.
