Jeremy "Kyle" Hanes Jr. Obituary
Funeral services for Jeremy "Kyle" Hanes Jr., 31, of Charlestown, IN, will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 12:00 PM at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, IN, with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2 to 8 PM on Monday and after 9 AM on Tuesday at the funeral home. He passed away on April 19, 2024.
Kyle was the most beloved father, son, brother and uncle, who was outspoken and had the largest smile. He was born in New Albany, IN, and attended Charlestown High School. He was always Hustling something, good or bad, and loved spending his work days with his dad selling cars at Hanes Auto.
His kids were the love of his life and loved spending time with his family and countless friends. He was selfless, who cared for everyone he met and made sure no one went without in life.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Faizon Hanes; grandmother, Debra Hanes; and grandfather, Samuel Kemp.
He is survived by his mother, Julia Hanes; father, Jeremy Hanes Sr.; step-mother, Chanae Hanes; children, Kylin Hanes, Daxton Hanes, Delaney Hanes; girlfriend, Brittany Morgan and her children, Acelynn and Tylan; siblings, Kaitlyn Hanes-Bumpous (Joyrin), Justin Hanes (Ronnett), Jenasia Hanes, and Cylie Hanes; best friend, Jayson Radford; grandparents, Mary Bobbitt; grandfather Ed Hanes (Nelda); and step-grandmother, Joyce Dunn; and numerous, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Hanes Family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
