Jeremy Adam Long

Jeremy Adam Long, 25, of Kennesaw, Georgia passed away October 3, 2024. Born April 1, 1999, in Albemarle, NC at Stanly Memorial Hospital
Jeremy graduated with the Class of 2017 from Woodstock High School. At the time of his passing, he was a hard-working young man at both Family Traditions, for almost ten years, and Mattress Firm.
There are no words to embody him. He was pure love and light. He was kind, genuine, honest, caring and generous. He was a prankster, a jokester. He was not one for envy or anger, but sought only to uplift those around him. He was not boastful, though he was prone to a sassy, but humble brag on occasions. His generosity could not be rivaled, he gave of himself freely to all who knew him. He made everyone around him feel like they were the most important person. He was a protector, a rescuer, a kind, loving soul who spread love and light and hope in his wake.
Jeremy was preceded in death by his brother, Christian River Hollowell, his maternal Great-grandparents, Tracy and Margaret Stafford, his paternal Great-Grandmother, Elizabeth Alcala, maternal Grandfather, Robert "Pep" Mabry, Stepfather, Thomas Snyder and Niece Marilyn Travis.
Jeremy is survived on his maternal side by his mother, Ashley Long, sister and brother-in-law, Cheyenne and Joe Bennett, his nephew and Godson, Gabriel Bennett, grandmother, Jerry Mabry, sister Michelle Hollowell, niece and nephew, Jada and Lucus, brother, Ian Hollowell, on his paternal side by father and stepmother, Isaac and Angela Long, stepsister, Mariah Saenz, grandparents, Debbie and Wade Axell, bonus parents, Dennis and Kelli Hollowell, girlfriend, Asha Leaphart.
Jeremy came into this world as the tiniest 4.1 pound baby and left it as the most enormous person we could have been blessed to have in our lives. And as we say farewell for now, just for now, to this beautiful soul we were all blessed to know and love, our hope is that you will honor his life and strive to live like Jeremy.
