Jeremy D. Pike left this world too soon on December 6, 2023, at the age of 48. Born on September 17, 1975, in Lansing, Michigan, Jeremy was the proud son of Loretta Bowers and Terry (Cheryl) Bush. He grew up alongside his siblings, Rachel Bush, Mandy Bush, and brother Allen Pike.
Jeremy is also survived by his children, Adrianne and Jeremy Pike; grandfather, David Nickel, and he held a special place in his heart for his late grandmother, Rosemarie Nickel, who preceded him in death. His extended family was a source of strength and camaraderie, with his aunts and uncles, Deb (Kelly) Holmberg, Bob (Amy) Closson, Chris Closson, and Gene (Michelle) Closson, as well as several nieces and nephews, all playing significant roles in his life's story.
A graduate of Lake Odessa High School, Jeremy proceeded to work in the construction field for many years, and then laid flooring. Jeremy's love for the outdoors was a defining aspect of his life. He found solace and joy in nature, whether he was hunting, fishing, or simply camping under the stars. These moments of tranquility were when Jeremy felt most at home, surrounded by the beauty of the natural world.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no services. The family has entrusted arrangements to Mills Funeral Home, Peters & Murray Chapel, Grand Ledge.
