Jerilynn L. Barsi, 83, of Silvis, IL, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at MercyOne-Genesis, Silvis, IL. Funeral Services will be 10:30 am Saturday, September 27th, at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline, with visitation one hour prior to services.
