Jerome Bolte Obituary

Jermone was born on November 6, 1945 in Joliet, Illinois to the late Carl P. and Dorothy I. (Hamman) Bolte.
Surviving are his siblings, Stephan (Mary) Bolte of Chicago, IL, Martha Bolte of Chillicothe, IL, Joseph Bolte of LaSalle, CO and Janet (Daniel) Cyr of Charlotte, TN; three nieces and nephews and two great-nephews.
Jerome graduated from the Milwaukee Technical Institute and then served for many years as a brother for the Society of the Divine Word, where he ministered in Papua New Guinea. Jerome was also a member of St. Edward Catholic Church in Chillicothe.
Cremation rites will be accorded a Memorial Mass will be held in November at St. Edward Catholic Church with Rosary prior to Mass. Interment of ashes will follow at St. Joseph Mooney Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe.
