Linda Thomas Bolte

Linda Thomas Bolte, 85, passed away peacefully at home on November 6, 2025. Married to Bernard Lynn Bolte for 60 years, daughter of Marvin and Mary Thomas, mother of Jim (Tami), and David (Teresa), grandmother of Lauren Windsor (Daniel), Caitlin Burchett (Michael), Jordan Bolte (Bethany), Josh Bolte, Rebekah Bolte (Adam Webster), and nine great grandchildren. She was the older sister to Mary Lou Weyler, Ronnie Thomas, and the late Danny Thomas.
Her love for Jesus, family, and friends was always evident. She read her Bible almost every day. She worked in education as an office administrator and bookkeeper. She was also employed by Ashland Oil, Inc. in administration. As a member of Southland Christian Church, she enjoyed working with the Helping Through Him ministry. She and her husband enjoyed traveling extensively in their motor home across the southeast, often taking family along for the trip. She enjoyed UK basketball, Krispy Kream donuts, visiting with neighbors, and thinking about heaven.
A celebration of life will be held 12:30 PM Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, 3421 Harrodsburg Rd., Lexington, KY.
