ALBANY - Jerome Chislom, 78, of Albany, passed away unexpectedly on August 30, 2025.
Jerome was born in Philadelphia, Pa., the son of the late Dorthy Mae and James Chislom.
Friends and family are invited to call on Tuesday, September 9, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., in the New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet.
