Jerome Albert Johnk, 94, of Fargo, ND, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2025.
He was born February 8, 1931, in Page, ND, a son of the late Albert and Beatrice Johnk. Jerome is missed by his loving wife, Faye of 73 years.
Jerome's legacy of love, kindness, hard work, and dedication to his family and community will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him. Jerome served on the Our Savior Church Council and Page Public School Board for many years. He was a man of faith, integrity, and generosity, and he leaves behind a legacy that will inspire future generations.
Jerome spent his life farming on his family farm with his dad and son Brad Johnk, farming until he was 88 years old, which was the last year of Johnk Farms. Brad retired as well.
Jerome was preceded in death by his son Mike Johnk, daughter Lisa Nelson, sister Darlene Erickson and brother-in-law Don Erickson.
Jerome is survived by his wife, Faye; son Brad and his wife Sue; grandchildren Logan Johnk, Aaron Monson, Lynnsey Clarke, Nathan Nelson, Noah Nelson and Nick Nelson; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Celebration of Life to honor Jerome Johnk will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at Our Savior. Lutheran Church, Page, ND.
Visitation an hour prior.
Burial: Page Cemetery.
