Jerome Pugh

Jerome was born to parents, John Pugh Sr. and Sarah Pollard on September 25, 1953. He was in a siblingship of nine (9) children and attended Orange County Public Schools.
As a young adult on January 13, 1972, he started working for Walt Disney World Company doing various jobs for a span of 50 years. Walt Disney World is where he later met and married the love of his life, Katreaner Mikell McKenzie on November 6, 2006, officiated by the late Pastor Freddie and Johnnie Mae Pringle. He always said he wasn't ready to be married, but when he first laid eyes on Katreaner, he knew she was the one for him.
Jerome also developed a love for race cars and cooking. During the annual Mothers Day celebrations that was hosted by Jerome and Katreaner, he was eventually crowned the Bar-B-Q King.
Jerome is preceded in death by his Father, John Pugh Sr., two Brothers: Terry Pugh and Sebastian Pugh; and his Sister, Johnnie Mae Pringle.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his Devoted Wife, Katreaner Mikell Pugh; his loving Mother, Sarah Pollard of Apopka, FL; a wonderful Mother-In-Law, Elizabeth Hatcher Mikell of Leesburg, FL; two Daughters, Jeronica and Latangi Pugh of Orlando, FL; 3 Stepchildren: Maryln Bryant (Wanda) of Wildwood, FL, Taylor McKenzie of Tampa, FL, and D'Andre Steward of Leesburg, FL; 3 Sisters, Emma Lawal of Austell, GA, Rosemary Amadi (Maurice) of Orlando, FL, and Dorothy Rembert (George) of Connecticut; two Brothers: Patrick Pugh of Apopka, FL and John Pugh Jr. of Apopka, FL; 3 Brothers-In-Law: Thomas Mikell Jr. of Leesburg, FL, Gregory Mikell (Althea) of Jacksonville, FL, and Lewis "Johnson" Mikell (Patrice) of Leesburg, FL; 3 Sisters-In-Law: Pastor Catherine McKenzie (James) of Okahumpka, FL, Penny Mikell Taylor of Jacksonville, FL, and Lena Mikell Lundy (Marcus) of Jacksonville, FL; 5 Beautiful Grandchildren: Marashia, Jermarion, Jerquavous, Zackory, and Tyrese; 1 Great Grandson, D'ary; 1 Godson, Jerel; and a host of loving Aunts, Nephews, Nieces, Cousins, other Loving Relatives, and Friends.
