Jerrie Irene Beery, 80, retired Wichita Area Technical College Secretary, born September 21, 1944 in Flynn, TX to the late Levi and Lillie Grimes passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2024 in Wichita, KS. Jerrie was also preceded in death by her husband, Larry Gene Beery; brothers, Lloyd, Johnny, Douglas, Tommie Mahlon and sisters, Anna Mae, Oneta, Lillie Pearl and Lou Ann. Survivors include her daughter, Lisa Bailey; son, Gregory and wife, Meyvilin Beery; brother, Levi "Doc" and wife Gayle Grimes; sister, Lea Ellis; grandchildren, Carl, Travis and wife, Carolynn, Caleb and wife, Rebbecca, Elijah, Lillian, Laura, Abraham, Hannah and great-grandchildren, Gene "Bubba", Adalynn, Grant, Anthony, Isaiah, Ianna, Walker and Ivy. Jerrie will be greatly missed by her family and all that knew her.
