Jerry Lee Baltimore, Sr., a beloved and dedicated family man, passed away at his residence in New Carlisle, Ohio, on August 18, 2025, just days prior to his 80th birthday. Born on August 21, 1945, in Benedict, Virginia, Jerry lived a life filled with laughter, love, and a commitment to those around him.

A proud veteran, Jerry served his country honorably in the United States Army, a testament to his dedication and patriotism. Later in life, he retired from General Motors after many years of service as a Machine Operator, where he was respected not just for his skills but also for his warm and approachable nature.

Jerry is remembered fondly as a jokester, someone who loved to laugh and have a good time. His infectious spirit brought joy to family gatherings and he had a natural gift for lifting others' spirits. He was a good Christian man who embraced the values that shaped his life, always putting family first. His adored wife of 59 years, Kitty Baltimore, who stood by his side through life's ups and downs, creating memories that will last forever.

He is survived by his loving children, Jerry Lee (Tanya) Baltimore, Jr. and Camilla Margo Boblitt, each of whom carry forward his legacy of kindness and humor. Jerry was a proud grandfather to BJ (Dallas), Ashlee (Tim), Taylor (Jeff), Justin (Jessica), and Jason (Deanna), pouring his affection into the lives of his grandchildren. His family continued to bloom with the addition of great-grandchildren: Maisley, Serenity & Gabriel, Gavin, Zoie, Maximus, Scarlett, Elektra, Xavier, Titus, Linda and Cayde, who brought him immense joy and pride. Jerry is also survived by his siblings, Charles Baltimore and Sondra Kitterman; along with many nieces and nephews.

Jerry’s hobbies included woodworking and painting, pursuits that allowed him to express his creativity and passion for craftsmanship. The warmth of his personality, the love he radiated, and the laughter he spread will always linger in the hearts of those who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edgar and Marie Baltimore, who undoubtedly welcomed him back with open arms; and his siblings, Johnny Ray, Kenneth Edgar, Darrell, Gloria, Gwendolyn and Ruthie. Jerry's spirit is one that will never truly leave us, as it lives on in the memories shared by his family.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by a Funeral Service beginning at 1:00 PM, all at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio.
