Jerry Lee Boyer Sr.

Jerry Lee Boyer Sr., a beloved father and grandfather, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2025 at the age of 64. Born on February 7, 1961, in Kentucky, Jerry was a vibrant presence in the lives of those who knew him. He made his home in Ohio, where he worked as a self-employed contractor, bringing his hands-on skills and infectious humor to every project he undertook.
Jerry was a man of laughter, always armed with a joke or a playful nickname for everyone around him. He was affectionately known as the "Music Man," often found grilling at family cookouts with a portable radio by his side. Those moments weren't just about the food; they were celebrations of love, joy, and family togetherness. Jerry's spontaneous dance moves and laughter created lasting memories for all who gathered, and his love for his children and grandchildren was evident in everything he did.
He is survived by his children: Jenniffer (Brian McCulley) Boyer, Deborah (Eddy Reyes) Boyer and Alex (Megan Barger) Boyer; beloved grandchildren: Zoey, William, Layla, Abagail, Alyssia, Eddy Jr., and Isaiah. He also leaves behind the mother of his children Pamela Boyer; and siblings Carl Boyer, Donna Doyle, Ronnie Boyer, and Geraldine Boyer, along with many nieces and nephews who adored him.
Jerry was preceded in death by his son, Jerry Boyer Jr., parents: Charles Boyer Sr. and Opal Boyer and siblings Wilma Boyer, Stevie Boyer, and Charles Boyer Jr..
A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 4 pm until the time of the service at 6pm. Family and friends are invited to gather at Brater Winter Funeral Home, 201 S. Vine Street, Harrison, Ohio 45030, where we will share stories, laughter, and cherished memories that capture his spirit.
