Mr. Bullard is preceded in death by Mother Ella Bullard, Father Daniel Archie Bullard, Wife Barbara (Brooks) Bullard, Brothers: Donald Ray Bullard, Danny Bullard, Delmar "Heck" Bullard, Gary Bullard, Daniel Archie Bullard Jr. One Sister Lora Locklear. Mr. Bullard was a fan of Nascar racing and devoted to reading his bible daily.
Mr. Bullard leaves to cherish his memories one daughter Mary Bullard Smith and husband Brian Smith of Red Springs; 4 Granddaughters, Jayda, Makaila, Braela, Adalyn. One sister Ella Mae Pierce (husband Howard) of Red Springs. Brothers Hilton Bullard and wife Linda, Delton Bullard and wife Barbara, Robert Bullard and wife Amy all of Pembroke. A special friend Wendy Brooks and friend in Christ Ms. Mary Locklear, along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends
