Jerry Pratt Carmon, born on April 18, 1940, peacefully passed away on March 8, 2026. A resident of Irving since 1963, Jerry lived a fulfilling life marked by dedication and service.
Jerry served honorably in the United States Army National Guard, a reflection of his commitment to his country and community. Following his service, he dedicated many years to his professional career, where he garnered respect and admiration for his work ethic and integrity.
He is survived by his loving spouse, Ida Lou Carmon, and his cherished daughter, Rhonda Bartlett. He is also survived by his sister, Carol Cole. Jerry's family will hold a private celebration of life to honor his memory at a later date.
Jerry Pratt Carmon will be remembered for his unwavering devotion to his family and his contributions to the community he called home. His legacy will continue to inspire those who knew him.
