Celebration of the life of Jerry Ann Ware Choate
Jerry Ann Ware Choate was born April 3, 1946 in Little Rock, Arkansas and passed away November 4, 2022. In 1974 she made her home in Heber Springs.
Jerry was the daughter of the late Wray Ford Ware Jr and the late Tolly Grimes Ware. Her legacy lives on through her devoted family. She is survived by her husband Stephen Choate of Heber Springs; her son Stephen Ladd Choate (Melissa) of Heber Springs; and daughter Jessica Choate Fagan (Mike) of Jonesboro. She was an adoring and loving Mimi to her 7 grandchildren; Ladd, Ada, Isaac, and Annie Choate of Heber Springs; Sam, Tolly and Bonnie Fagan of Jonesboro. She is also survived by her precious sister Jennifer Ware Keedy of Newport.
Jerry was simply the most wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She enjoyed her career as a nurse and took great pride caring for her Aromatique family.
Jerry astutely followed current world events and her wealth of knowledge in countless areas will be sorely missed. She was a devoted friend and advocate to many people from all walks of life.
A visitation to celebrate her life will be held November 8, 2022 from 11:00-1:00 at Olmstead Funeral Home in Heber Springs, Arkansas.
