Jerry Clark Obituary
Jerry was born on April 21, 1958, in Winchester, VA, the son of the late Abraham Lincoln Clark, Sr. and Pauline Alma Light Clark. He graduated from James Wood High School in 1976 and enlisted in United States Army shortly after. Jerry found joy in the simple pleasures of life-sitting on his porch swing with a smoke in hand and spending time watching his favorite TV shows.
Surviving are two brothers: Richard "Rick" Clark and his wife Mary; Gary "Sonny" Clark; two sisters: Karen Shoemaker and her husband Melvin; Darlene Didawick and her husband Andy all of Winchester, VA and several nieces and nephews.
Jerry is preceded in death along with his parents by his brother: Abe L. Clark, Jr.
The family will receive friends at the Giffin Funeral Home & Crematory in Capon Bridge, WV on Friday, August 1, 2025, from 6-8 PM.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at the Fairview Lutheran Church Cemetery near Gore, VA at 11 AM. Officiating will be Rev. James Markle.
