Jerry Mark Corr
1943 - 2023
Jerry Corr, 80, of Guthrie, OK passed away on September 22, 2023. He was born in Bartlesville, OK on January, 8th 1943.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents Tom and Margaret Corr, son Junior Corr and sister-in-law Sharon Hutson. He is survived by his wife Terri Corr, brother John (Laura and family) Corr; daughters Kim Titus and Denice Stoll (and family), grandson Max Miles, step-daughters Casey Wyatt and Carrie Sullivan, granddaughters Rylee (Chris, Rubee, Ray, and Fynlee) Gannon and Abby Wyatt, mother-in-law Norma Holley, niece/nurse Reagan Reigle (Bryson), nephew Colten (Brooke and Brynlee) Hutson, brother-in-law Steve Whelan and his dear friends and extended family that he loved so much.
Jerry was a simple man with a big heart and generous spirit. His witty sense of humor made people flock to him because he was such a hoot - teasing everyone endlessly. He also loved to feed and nurture his loved ones and even opened up his bar during the holidays to feed those who had nowhere else to go. Jerry enjoyed hunting and fishing in Alaska, taking friends and family on pontoon boat rides, and cooking out at home and at the bar - making the best smoked meats. He was also an avid gardener, took pride in keeping an immaculate lawn, and enjoyed hunting and fishing with his friends. Jerry was a proud business owner, bartender, Cornish carpenter, husband, father and family man. He will be truly missed by many family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 1, 2023 at 18880 E Industrial Road, Meridian OK 73058. Side dishes welcomed and bring a lawn chair.
