Betty Corr Obituary

Betty May Corr

February 25, 1936 - August 11, 2025

Betty May Corr passed away Aug 11, 2025 at 89 years old. Betty was a family person and encouraged us all to support each other. She led an active life with her husband John P. Corr. She loved boating, water skiing and bowling. She loved bridge and card games of all types really. After moving to Lynchburg, Virginia, she and her husband joined the Moose Lodge at Smith Mountain Lake where she was a book keeper for many years. She even dabbled in geneology and wrote a small book on the May Family Heritage.

She is survived by her three children, Michael, Janice and Joan; and three grandchildren. James, Rachael and Cameron. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held October 11, 2025 at 1 p.m.
