Jerry Wayne Donoho

Jerry Wayne Donoho, age 68 of Salem, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Illinois.
Jerry was born on January 21, 1956 in Salem, the son of Jerry D. and Mary Helen (Fields) Donoho. He married Della Krutsinger on June 11, 1977 at the First Church of God in Salem, and together they shared 47 years of marriage.
Survivors include his father, Jerry D. Donoho of Salem; wife, Della Donoho of Salem; two sons, Jeremy Donoho and Justin Donoho both of Salem; siblings, Carolyn Donoho, Mary Eileen Hoss and husband Tom, Tony Donoho, Tracy Donoho and wife Courtney, Terry Donoho and wife Carla, and Angela Sommerville and husband Matt; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Helen Donoho.
Jerry was a member of the First Church of God. He retired from Radiac Abrasives in Salem after working there for 47 years. Jerry enjoyed going camping with his family, collecting old railroad locks, locksmithing, and collecting Hot Wheel cars.
Funeral services for Jerry Wayne Donoho will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at Crouse Funeral Home in Salem with Scott McKenzie officiating. Burial will follow at the Palestine Cemetery in Iuka. There will be a visitation on Friday from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to the First Church of God and will be received at the funeral home.
