Jerry Don Edwards, passed away on December 23, 2025, in Grove, Oklahoma. He was born on September 17, 1967, in Wagoner, Oklahoma, and dedicated his life to his passions and loved ones.
Throughout his life, Jerry distinguished himself not only through his artistic talents, which included drawing intricate blueprints, but also with his affection for unique themes such as dragons, roses, and rock and roll music. His creativity and love for art were evident in everything he produced, leaving a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to experience his work.
Jerry is survived by his daughter, April, and her husband, Eric Paxton; his brother, Jerry Mills; his sister, Dovie Norwood; his aunt, Ruth Carey; his nieces, Sharon Treadway and Laura Wofford; his nephews, Richard Keith Wofford Jr. and Matthew Wofford; and his grandchildren, Amelia Paxton and Gunnar Paxton. Each of these family members cherished their time with Jerry and will remember him fondly for his unique spirit and creative mind.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jess and Ella Mae (Tillison) Edwards; his sister, Polly Tillison; and his grandmother, Lue Carey. Their influence and guidance were foundational in shaping the man Jerry became.
