ROSSVILLE - Jerry Jones, 86, of Rossville died at 8:27 a.m. Wednesday (March 19, 2025) at home.
Memorial services for the Marine Corps veteran will be at 3 p.m. March 29 at Morning Star Church, 201 N. Chicago St., Rossville. Anderson Funeral Home, 427 E. Main St., Hoopeston, is in charge of arrangements.

Jerry and Linda were close friends of my parents and I when I was a teenager. I have so many awesome memories of Jerry, Linda and the 3 boys. Jerry had a heart for the lost and was gifted by God to present the Gospel in love and power. I´m sure he and my parents are having a sweet reunion in heaven right now. I´ll see you later Jerry.
