Jerry Lee McCraw Sr.

Jerry Lee McCraw, Sr., age 64, of Rutherfordton, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022, at his residence.
Jerry was born Saturday, December 14, 1957, in Cleveland County, NC, to the late Baxter McCraw and Ezelle Wright McCraw. He was an electrician for most of his life and a hard worker. Jerry enjoyed four-wheeling, canoeing, and fishing. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. Jerry was an awesome father who loved his family dearly. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Jerry was the type of person who would go above and beyond to help a friend.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of thirty-two years, Debbie McCraw; children, Jerry Lee McCraw, Jr. (Laura), Nancy McCraw, Tracie Calhoun (Cameron), Jason Hutchins (Lorena), Brandon Hutchins; two sisters, Patricia Christmas (Buck), Sandy Cook (Sonny); and a brother David Greene (Judy); he also had fourteen grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 pm on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at the Harrelson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Tim Trexler officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service time.
