Jerry Anson Mosley

Jerry Anson Mosley, son of Vernon and Betty Mosley, was born in Pasadena, Texas, on December 15, 1966. He died unexpectedly on March 3, 2024. He was preceded in death by his father Vernon Esley Mosley and his son Jasen Allen Mosley.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife Jaime Heard Mosley and his mother Betty Jo Mosley, also his children Jeremy Mosley and wife Kimberly, Dallas Mosley and fiance Matthew Rowe, Hannah Sellers and husband Cole, and Dalton Wilcox and wife Chloe and three grandchildren: Luna, Layla, and Lydia Wilcox. He is also survived by his siblings: Keith Mosley and wife Brenda, Charles Mosley and wife Susan, Karen Mosley McGaughey and husband Chuck, and Sharon Mosley Howie. He was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Jerry graduated from Pine Tree High School. Jerry was employed for many years by Brookshires as a pressman and truck driver. He was currently employed as a truck driver by Cal-Maine Foods. Jerry will be most remembered by his amazing personality.

Jerry enjoyed spending time with his family and he loved being Papa to his three grandchildren. He was always the life of the party and would do anything for anyone in need. He loved going on adventures with the ones he loved. He loved going on cruises and seeing the world with his family, anytime he could. Jerry loved to show off his abilities in the kitchen and took great pride in all things he made.

Visitation will be held at Croley Funeral Home at 305 West Harrison Street in Gilmer, TX on Thursday evening March 7th, 2024 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. The funeral service will be held at Croley Funeral Home on Friday, March 8, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at West Mountain Cemetery.
