Jerry Rasmus Obituary
Jerry was born in Iowa on May10, 1948 to Clifford and Ada (LILLIBRIDGE) Rasmus. In 1988, he moved his family to Destrehan when he was working for ADM. He enjoyed tinkering with lawnmowers, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Jerry leaves behind a daughter: Amy Rasmus; a son: Troy (Kelly) Brierly; a brother: Harold Rasmus, and five grandchildren: Terence and Megann Brierly, Maylina Vasquez, Kane Naquin, and Anastasia Turner. He is preceded in death by his wife Cynthia "Cindy" (Paine) Rasmus; two sons: Gary Smith and Todd Brierly; two sisters: Coleen Cooper and Janet Rasmus; a brother: David Rasmus; and his parents.
