Jerry is also remembered fondly by numerous grand-nieces and nephews, cousins.

In accordance with Jerry’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. (Golf attire REQUIRED). Friends may visit the funeral home beginning at 3:00 p.m., until the time of service.
