A memorial service will be held Friday, November 24, 2023; 1:00 PM ET at Colonial Funeral Home with Rev. Ricky Ward officiating.
Born on June 21, 1952 to his late parents James "J.C." and Lovie Grimes Wade. Mr. Wade was preceded in death by his wife Melinda Fay Edwards Wade, his brother, James Terry Wade, and multiple brothers in law and a sister-in-law.
He is survived by his children, Julia Barnes and James Wade (Andrea), four grandchildren, Arissa JoAnn Wade, Jessica Martin, Katelyn Martin and Peyton Barnes, siblings, Patricia Long and Garry Wade (Betty Dee), and a host of loving nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Mr. Wade retired as an electrician from Smith and Gray Electric. He loved to bass fish and was an avid deer and coon hunter.
