Jerry Wayne Yeager

Mr. Jerry Wayne Yeager, age 74, of Albertville, Alabama, passed away on February 24, 2026, at Shepherd's Cove Hospice. He was born on February 28, 1951, to the late Albert Yeager and Mary Willodean Yeager.

Mr. Yeager was a faithful member of New Harmony Baptist Church and was known as a godly man who loved his family and lived a life grounded in his faith. He will be remembered for his kindness, quiet strength, and the love he shared with those around him.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Donna Kay Yeager; brothers, James Alton Yeager of Montevallo, Alabama, Raymond Howard (Suzan) Yeager of Hoover, Alabama, Eddie Ray (Linda) Yeager of Panama City, Florida, and Jeff Yeager of Vance, Alabama; sisters, Jane Naomi Smith of Brent, Alabama and Judy Dean (Wade) Snipes of Brent, Alabama; along with a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Visitation will be held Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at New Harmony Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the church with Bro. Morris Stephens and Bro. Glen Stewart officiating. Interment will follow in New Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery in Albertville.
