I wanted to take this moment to expound on my earlier comment on what a great neighbor Jesse "Pete" was to especially my mom and dad (Bill and Ethel Kelly). I think Jesse's following good deeds are worthy to be noted:Jesse, better known as "Pete" was a very kind and generous neighbor to my mom and dad (Bill and Ethel Kelly) who has lived DIRECTLY across the street from Pete's house, for several years. I think it's especially worthy to note that on one specific occasion several winters ago, one time my mom and dad's electricity had completely gone out during a very bad snow storm. However, Pete's electricity remained on and he allowed my mom and dad to LITERALLY run an extension power cord from the inside of his house out his front door , across the street and into the inside of my mom and dad's house, so that they could have some electricity until their power was restored. On a more recent occasion, Pete went to encourage and visit my dad (Bill) at a short term rehab facility . However, sadly after that visit my father, William "Bill" Kelly, passed away on 4-25-2017. Pete, proved the old addage to be true that Actions Speak Louder than words! He will be dearly missed. He was a great neighbor! Our thoughts and prayers are with Ed and his family and friends, during this most difficult time.Sincerely, Mike Kelly (Louisville)
