Jesse Alexander Fajardo, 69, gained his forever wings on July 3, 2024, in Waco, Texas. Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home from 6 pm-8 pm. There will be a graveside burial on July 10, 2024, at 10 am at Oakwood Cemetery. Everyone is welcome.

Jesse was born on November 21, 1954, to Elias and Lupe Fajardo in Houston, Texas. A loving son, brother, father, grandfather, and uncle, family was everything. He loved getting together to cook out, listen to some good music (tejano was his specialty), and share a whole lot of laughs. He taught us all how to grill, and how to love our family. An avid sports fan, he loved his Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys, and Baylor Bears (even if they were having a horrible season). His strength, passion, and love will carry on through us.

He is preceded in death by his loving father Elias Fajardo.

Jesse is survived by his loving mother Lupe Fajardo, the love of his life Shirley Fajardo, his son Andrew Aguilar and wife Angela, son Anthony Fajardo, daughter JoAnn Fajardo, sister Marie Reyes, brother Robert Fajardo and wife Terri, brother Daniel Fajardo and wife Nancy, brother-in-law David Albrecht and wife Robin, grandchildren Joshua Aguilar and wife Emily, Matthew Aguilar and wife Leslie, Tierrah Aguilar and fiance Nate, Tamarah Aguilar, Tajma Jones, 4 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.

A special thank you to Dr. Scott Blattman, Shea, and Peyton for all of your love and patience throughout the years. You always made him feel comfortable and safe. Also would like to thank Waco West Kidney Center for taking care of our dad all these years.

Pallbearers will be Emmitt Flores, Michael Gonzales, David Albrecht, Bobby Fajardo, Michael Fajardo, Brandon Fajardo, Daniel Fajardo, Matthew Aguilar, and Joshua Aguilar.

There will be a lunch to follow on Wednesday at 11 am, at Knights of Columbus Sacred Heart. Everyone is welcome to come celebrate his life with us. Thank you to everyone.
