Sending love and sympathy to my family across the border, Grandpa was a wonderful man who never failed to make me smile, I cherish our memories together and wish we had so many more. He is and will always be a very special person to me and I am so glad to have been able to call him my grandpa. Sending condolences to all his other family

Anything we did with Uncle Jess, whether it was camping, a reunion or just sitting in the living room, I remember always feeling loved. His happiness and joy was infectious. My deepest sympathy for my cousins who have lost a Daddy and an incredible man of faith. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of sadness. I pray it is temporary with the knowledge that we will see him again someday when our Lord calls us home. Love always, Paula

Jess was a blessing. Everyone the Lord led across his path would attest to his godly character. He was hospitable, generous, dependable, loyal, & wise. Strangers were only friends he hadn't met.
Jess left behind a beautiful legacy; sons, Les (Coleen), Dave (Kathleen), Dan (Ronnda); daughters, Loretta (Launi Forar), Leona (Dale Van Ry); daughter-in-law Kim (wife of son Stan, deceased); 68 grands; sisters Lois & Mary.
