We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Jesse Todd Rhodes, who left us too soon on November 8, 2025, at the age of 39 due to an automobile accident. Jesse was born on November 10, 1985, in Noblesville, Indiana to proud parents, Tony Rhodes and Todra Hart. He was a beloved son, devoted father, cherished brother, fun uncle, and true friend who touched the lives of everyone he met with his infectious humor and enormous heart.
Jesse leaves behind his beloved significant other, Sara Svanes, and their cherished daughter, Aralynn Rhodes. Jesse was an amazing father who loved hard and unconditionally. Aralynn was his pride and joy, and he dedicated himself to their happiness and well-being.
As the oldest of seven siblings, Jesse helped shape the lives of his three younger sisters and three younger brothers. He brought life and laughter to the family, known for being funny, a bit inappropriate, and always succeeding in making others laugh.
Jesse was a man of diverse passions. Growing up, his first love was music, and he spent countless hours playing the guitar. He was also an amazing artist, possessing a talent for creation and visual expression. He was a big fan of skateboarding and the legendary Tony Hawk, and spent a lot of his high school years at the skate park. He loved the peace of nature while fishing and enjoyed the excitement of collecting sports cards. He maintained a strong commitment to fitness, enjoying working out regularly, and was a talented cook, sharing his culinary creations with loved ones.
Jesse will be remembered for his fierce loyalty, his ability to lighten any room with a joke, and the deep, unwavering love he held for his family and friends.
He is survived by his significant other, Sara Svanes; his daughter, Aralynn Rhodes; his parents, Todra Hart and Tony Rhodes; paternal grandmother, Sue Haston; his six siblings, Brooke (Chaelor) Gooch, Amy (Logan) Smith, Casey (Kelton) Gooch, Justin Rhodes, Nathaniel (Hailey) Rhodes, Collin Rhodes; and nieces and nephews, Kai, Ava, Macie, Carter and Beckett.
Jesse was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Willis and Viola Hart; paternal grandfather, Mike Haston; stepfather, Dean Ramsey; uncle, Greg Haston, cousin, Russ Hart; and many other loved ones.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, November 14, 2025, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road in Noblesville, with Pastor James Bruhn officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Summit Lawn Cemetery in Westfield.
