He leaves to cherish his fond memories his wife of 54 years Mrs.Sara Richard of the home; two sons: Rev. Alphonso (Helen) Richard of Fairburn, GA and Reginald Byrd of Cross Hill; daughter: Oneita ( Nathaniel) Jackson, Jr. of West Columbia, SC; two brothers: Johnny (Phyllis) Richard and Tony (Renee') Kinard both of Clinton;uncle: Deacon Archie C. (Barbara) Suber of Columbia, SC; aunts: Lessie Suber of Chappells, SC. Annie Mae Miller Suber and Sarah Mae Suber, both Cross Hill SC and Sarah Suber both of Clintion, SC; grandchildren, great - grandchildren and many other loving relatives and friends.
The Celebration of Life was held on July 26, 2024 at St. Vaughnville Baptist Church, Chappells SC. His final resting place is in the Church Cemetery.
